How the 7-day trial works
- You choose the monthly or annual plan in the app and confirm with your App Store or Google Play account. A payment method is requested.
- For 7 days, you have access to all of Premium. Nothing is charged.
- If you cancel before the end of the trial, nothing is charged and you return to the free plan.
- Unless you cancel, the first payment is taken at the end of the 7 days.
You cancel from your store account: Settings, your name, Subscriptions on iPhone; Google Play, Subscriptions on Android. The stores ask you to cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Questions about pricing
Why a subscription?
Each diagnostic uses 47 AI agents and market data, which has a cost every time it runs. The subscription is our only source of revenue: we take no commission on your transactions and do not resell your data.
Is the free plan limited in time?
No. One strategy, two diagnostics, one backtest and ten messages a day remain available with no time limit.
Can I switch from monthly to annual?
Yes, from your App Store or Google Play account. The change follows the store’s rules.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your account and your data are kept. You return to the limits of the free plan.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are processed by Apple and Google, under their terms. Write to us at contact@metena.app if you need help.
